GraceWay Church supports a number of missionaries, both at home and abroad, as they carry out Christ’s great commission.

North Carolina Mission Trip

Working with ReachGlobal Crisis Response, a ministry of the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA), GraceWay will send a team to western North Carolina for a one-week work trip April 25 to May 3, 2026 to help with continued Hurricane Helene clean-up, light construction or whatever they need. Contact the church office for more information.

Guatemala Mission Trip

Is God asking you to step out of your comfort zone and experience cross-cultural service? Consider joining the Guatemala Mission Trip team. GraceWay sends a team every January. Watch for info about the 2027 trip next summer.

Missionaries We Support

Daniel Aguilar – Evangelical Free Church of America
Ministry:  Church planter whose focus is to reach the Hispanic community in Madison, Wisconsin, with the Gospel of Christ.

Brenda Cole – AWANA Missionary for Southern Wisconsin, Southern Minnesota, Iowa
Ministry:  The mission of AWANA is to equip leaders to reach children and youth with the Gospel and engage them in lifelong discipleship. 

Argenis and Magda Concon – Mission Impact, Guatemala
Ministry: Agenis and Magda serve in a town called Xenacoj, who’s people are predominantly of Mayan ancestry. They teach Christian values in the public schools as well as offer education outside of school. They lead a weekly Bible study for youth age 12-18 every Wednesday evening with 30-40 kids attending to hear the Word of God. Argenis and Magda are discipleship evangelists! 

Tim Czech – Athletes in Action, Madison, WI
Ministry: Athletes in Action dreams of a day when there are Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, in every nation. We build spiritual movements through the platform of sport, so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus. Here, student-athletes can explore spirituality and be involved in Bible studies, peer spiritual mentoring, and social events with like-minded individuals.

Lauren Drachenberg Souza – Africa Inland Mission, Brazil
Ministry: Lauren serves alongside a local Brazilian church in outreach to refugees and immigrants. She also works to mobilize the wider Brazilian church to be increasingly involved in God’s mission to seek and save the lost. After serving with AIM in various locations, Lauren has returned to Brazil, where she was first sent by AIM for language study. Pairing English teaching with outreach and discipleship, Lauren loves being a small part of what God is doing among the nations. 

Walfre Estrada – Director of Vida y Esperanza Christian School, Guatemala
Ministry: School for children in kindergarten through 9th grade, providing evangelism and discipleship for children and families.  

Enrique and Becky Fernandez – Evangelical Free Church
Ministry: As Director of Institutional Relations, they have an online school for training pastors in Latin America.

Leslie Geist – ReachGlobal, Manhattan, Kansas
Ministry: Leslie is part of ReachGlobal’s mobilization, training and development team – networking within Manhattan, Kansas and the EFCA Midwest District to promote ReachGlobal and mobilize the next generation of missionaries; being part of a team that re-pioneers our local perspective course, organizing new recruitment projects and helping facilitate pre-field training. Leslie also helps with the ReachGlobal Training and Development team to develop tools and facilitate trainings that encourage stronger team unity and greater opportunity for ministry effectiveness with ReachGlobal city teams across the world.

Rich and Rachel Hendrikson Mesa Global, Birmingham, England
Ministry: Sharing the love of Jesus through working with a church plant as well as being involved in teaching, discipleship, evangelism, Bible studies; also works with Teenstreet, an international youth ministry.

Katie (Sprecher) and Rodrigo Hernandez – Harvesters Ministries, Spain
Ministry: Harvesters Ministries partners with local pastors to provide training for pastors and church leaders as well as materials for their congregations. This helps them to effectively evangelize and grow their churches. The ultimate goal is to help them to plant new churches, and together nurture new leaders who are grounded in the Word and passionate about evangelism, discipleship and church planting. They also feel a strong calling from the Lord to continue our work in the areas we have been developing over the years, like music, teaching and Katie’s work with women. The hope is that these areas will compliment and accompany their work with Harvesters.

Matyas and Kate Kondor – EFCA ReachGlobal, Budapest
Ministry:  The Kindors are a Hungarian-American family serving with EFCA ReachGlobal: Budapest City Team. Together with our two children, we aim to strengthen and revitalize the local church of Budapest through worship, sound, discipleship, and local outreach.

Josue and Beatriz Lopez – Mission Impact, Guatemala
Ministry: Josue collaborates with the North American teams that visit Mission Impact, arranging transportation, food and lodging. At Mission Impact, he works with worship, construction and installation of stoves.  Together he and his wife minister to the children in the poor areas sharing the Gospel.

Cory and Brooke Passehl – Youth with a Mission, Hawaii
Ministry: Train teams to evangelize, have a closer walk with God, and learn what His plan is for their lives.

Adrian and Wendy Rayo – EFCA Spanish-speaking pastor in Delavan, WI
Ministry: Church planter and pastor in a Spanish-speaking church in Delavan, Wisconsin.  Focus on training Spanish-speaking pastors.

Matt and Becca S. – Reach Global (EFCA) Little India, Los Angeles, CA
Ministry: plant a South Asian-contextualized house church among the Muslim and Hindu diasporic people in Los Angeles. They hope to engage the community through educational development and children and youth outreaches.

Jeff and Terri Sprecher – Director of Mission Impact, Guatemala
Ministry: Evangelism and discipleship to the people of Guatemala.

Steve and Erin Voss – Expeditions Unlimited Adventure Centre
Ministry: Expeditions Unlimited exists to impact the lives of youth and adults through the use of God’s creation and outdoor adventure experiences. The main goal of Expeditions is to create an atmosphere where teachable moments can be used to change lives. We focus on details and logistics so groups can focus on growing their team, learning God’s word, and having fun. Expeditions Unlimited serves youth pastors and other group leaders who are passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of students and adults and promoting true, undistracted worship of our Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father.

Ben and Jen Wood – ZOE International, Thailand
Ministry: The passion of the Wood family has always been to see people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and for God to receive the worship that He deserves. They want people to know and experience the freedom, love, peace and joy that comes when you surrender your life to Jesus. This has led them to partner with ZOE International, an organization that strives to reach every person with the love of God and rescue every child from human trafficking. Through their comprehensive prevention, intervention and restoration programs, ZOE is able to transform each child from her past and give her an opportunity for a better future.

Tandala Medical Fund – Tandala Hospital, Congo, Africa
Ministry: 175 bed hospital with four Congolese physicians and 60 nurses. Tandala has been caring for the people of Ubangi since 1955.

Wisconsin Family Council
Ministry: Founded in 1986 to “evaluate our culture from a Judeo-Christian perspective and to serve as an information source for the general public and policy makers of our state and nation. Our perspective is drawn from the wisdom of Scripture and reflects what we believe to be the intent of the Creator. Through these efforts, our hope is that more and more citizens of Wisconsin will become salt and light in their communities and in this state.”
