The GraceWay Assistance Program (GAP) exists to financially support individuals in the Sauk Prairie area who find themselves in need. Please read through the fund criteria and, if you think you qualify, fill out the online request form linked below. If you are a member or regular attender of GraceWay Church and need assistance, please contact one of the pastors directly.
- The GraceWay Assistance Program distributes financial support primarily to people who reside or work within the Sauk Prairie School District. The funds are collected from individuals who primarily live in the district and are giving to support people in our community. If you don’t reside or work in the Sauk Prairie school district, please direct your requests to churches and social services in your community.
- The fund is intended to help people who are experiencing temporary hardship and need help with food, gas or an unexpected bill. If your needs are greater than this (housing, healthcare, etc.), please contact Sauk County Human Services, or the agency for your community.
- If you provide adequate contact information, someone from GraceWay will typically respond within two business days. We will not consider requests expecting an immediate answer.
- There is a limit on the amount of money that is dispersed on behalf of an individual in a six-month period.
