Sunday Classes for Adults

Adult classes meet most Sundays during the school year at either 9:00 or 10:30 a.m. Even if it is your first time visiting GraceWay Church, we encourage you to join us for one of our classes.

Spring class session starts Sunday, March 15 (goes for seven weeks; no classes on Easter Sunday).

9:00 a.m. Classes

The Book of Job: A Study of Suffering and Sufficiency
This class uses videos, in-class reading and discussion to study the unique book of Job. Themes include God’s use and allowance of suffering in our lives, as well as the breakthrough that comes as we recognize that God is sufficient for us, even when we face unideal and unchosen things

10:30 a.m. Classes

Scripture Memorization (Women’s Class)
What if Scripture memory wasn’t about pressure or performance—but about deeper intimacy with God? Based loosely on Memorize What Matters by Josh Sommers, each week we’ll watch a short teaching video that explores a different facet of Scripture memory—why it matters, how it transforms us, and practical ways to make it part of daily life. Whether you’ve never memorized a verse or have done so for years, this class will encourage, equip and gently stretch you toward a richer, steadier walk with Christ.

Scripture Art: New Life and Resurrection! (Women’s Class)
This three week class (meets 3/15, 3/22, 3/29) includes devotions on the power, joy and “new life” that comes through the resurrection of Jesus, our Living Hope! Participants will draw, paint, and create artwork that flows from this Easter theme!

Serving in Your Sweet Spot
This four week class (meets 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3) provides tools to help you discover your gifts, learn about the needs of the church and connect you with opportunities at GraceWay to use your God given gifts.
