Most adult classes meet most Sundays during the school year after the worship service from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Some meet other times of the week. Even if it is your first time visiting GraceWay Church, we encourage you to join us for the education hour.
New Class Starts in June
Serving in your Sweet Spot
Sundays beginning June 5 at 10:30 a.m.
Wednesdays beginning June 8 at 6:30 p.m.
We are excited to offer a new class – Serving in your Sweet Spot! The goal of this class is to help believers be fruitful and fulfilled in a meaningful place of service. Serving in your Sweet Spot will help you discern where God wants to use you in ministry by looking at your Spiritual Gifts, your Ministry Passion, and the Ministry Opportunities at GraceWay Church. Our desire is that you will be involved in a ministry that will provide joy and satisfaction because it is a placement based on God’s design!
Register for Serving in your Sweet Spot. Each class limited to 10 people.
Love & Respect
Two sessions available for this 8-week class – January 16 to March 6 and March 27 to May 22
“Discover the single greatest secret to a successful marriage! Touted as a classic among marriage books, Love & Respect reveals why spouses react negatively to each other and how they can deal with conflict quickly, easily and biblically.” Cost of the book: $20.
16 week class that meets January 16 to March 6 and March 27 to May 22. Class limited to first 15 who register. A second section may be added if needed. Book: $12 & Study Guide: $5.
“What were once shadowy pictures of redemption in the Old Testament became a Technicolor reality when Jesus Christ was born. Prepare to meet Jesus in the Old Testament. Prepare to take a whirlwind tour through the Bible and see the perfect, brilliant harmony that proves, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that God wrote a book. Only God could write one story through dozens of authors over thousands of years about one man without a single contradiction. Jesus Unmasked proves that God wrote a book and you can stake your eternity on it.”
Book if 1 Samuel
16 week class that meets January 16 to March 6 and March 27 to May 22.
“Michael DeFazio (New Testament & Hermeneutics Professor at Ozark Christian College) will walk you through the book of 1 Samuel. See God’s people transition between the time of the judges and the time of the kings. Remember God’s call to obey and his ability to bring good from pain.”
